Additional Services and Solutions

The AlphaStarDIRECT product supports two Cisco Powered Services.  Satellite Telephony and VPN which AlphaStar can provide to you.

Satellite Telephony
Our Satellite Telephony Network is an additional service that works with the AlphaStar Direct system.  AlphaStar is able to provide you with either analog or digital phone lines that can connect into your existing telephone system, or a totally managed IP based phone system. 

Using Cisco's VOIP technologies and the satellite coverage of the AlphaStar International Teleport, AlphaStar is able to provide you telephone service where it may be too costly to use land lines or where it may not be available at all.  All of the calls that originate from our Satellite network are terminated in the United States.  This means that if you use the service outside of the US, it would be like calling to and from locations within the US.  This ideal if you have an office outside of the US that communicate with you often via telephone.

Virtual Private Networks (VPN)
Do you need to connect remote offices back to your corporate office or data center?  By using the AlphaStar Direct system and our VPN services, AlphaStar can provide you with a secure method of communications between servers, workstations, intranets and more!
